Pontiac G8

Description

The Pontiac G8 is a rear-wheel-drive sedan manufactured by Holden, a division of General Motors in Australia. The G8, a rebadged Holden Commodore, was released in early 2008 in the United States for the 2008 model year, and in 2008 in Canada for the 2009 model year. Following GM’s decision to suspend the Pontiac brand, production ceased in mid-2009. The G8 replaced the Pontiac Bonneville, which was discontinued after the 2005 model year, and the Pontiac Grand Prix, which was discontinued after the 2008 model year, in the Pontiac portfolio.
